2. Registration and Payments

• Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

• Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.

• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the course start date to qualify for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the request.

4. Course Materials

• All materials, guides, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Zen Calligraphy.

• Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.

• Follow all guidance during the sessions to ensure a safe and harmonious environment.

• Refrain from disruptive behavior that may impact others.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zen Calligraphy is not responsible for:

• Injuries or damages caused by improper use of tools or materials.

• Cancellations or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Loss or damage to personal belongings during sessions.
